Extended Mondelin warranty for a wide range of tools
All Mondelin tools come with a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
To go even further, and because we know how robust our tools are, we offer much higher warranties on some of them.
This is the case for our mechanically-welded equipment: stepladders, Levpano®, steps, workbenches, hand trucks, trestles... guaranteed for between 5 and 10 years.

ALL FAULTY MONDELIN TOOLS REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE
We will replace, free of charge, any tool found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect, under normal use and wear. If you have any complaints, please do not hesitate to contact the point of sale where you made your purchase.
An after-sales service for Mondelin spare parts
THE SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS TO REPLACE A WORN OR DAMAGED PART AND CARRY OUT YOUR OWN REPAIRS.
Some wear parts are already in our catalogue: for Levpano® cables, plastering machines, sprayers, etc.
We also stock a large number of spare parts for our equipment such as Levpano®, stepladders, steps, platforms, Gardia, etc.
For these products, you will find an exploded view of the product with the available spare parts at the end of your instruction manual.
IF THE PRODUCT IS TOO OLD AND/OR YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Contact your Mondelin dealer. He will decide whether or not to put you in direct contact with us.
We'll be happy to listen to you and work with you to trace the generation of the equipment.
For example, Levpano®s have a serial number that we need to know in order to trace the correct version of Levpano® and find the corresponding spare part.
Sometimes, sending us photos of the equipment, the label and the part with the problem will enable us to make a more accurate diagnosis.
After analysis, we'll send your dealer the part numbers and prices. Once the order has been placed and received by your distributor!
