CONCEPT MACO

MACO
Building stringer beams is now quick and easy !

Time savings

Easy installation

Material preserved

DESIGNED TO SIMPLIFY THE DAILY WORK OF MASONS, THE MACO CONCEPT MAKES IT EASIER AND FASTER TO BUILD STRINGERS.

The construction of footings, which are fundamental elements of foundations, requires flawless execution to ensure the stability of the structure. However, this can be a long and demanding process: meticulous preparation of the ground, installation of formwork, complex reinforcement, pouring of concrete, and removal of formwork... Many steps and unforeseen events can accumulate. Formwork boards can shift, stirrups become difficult to remove, and corners are never perfectly aligned.

To overcome these difficulties, Mondelin, together with artisan masons, designed the Maco Concept, which consists of three elements :

MACO

Reusable formwork bracket

  • Holds formwork boards firmly in place during concrete pouring
  • Keeps formwork boards parallel and at a constant width
  • Ensures straight formwork, prevents formwork panels from warping under the pressure of the concrete
  • Preserves the formwork boards
  • Covers the material thanks to its attachment to the MacoBase spacer. This means that the brackets and boards are no longer deformed and last longer.
