Where does this idea come from?
To design our Gardia secure stepladder, we spoke with our craftsmen to understand their needs.
Then we adapted the production of our stepladder in our factory in Ambierle.

A SECURE STEPLADDER WITH 2 TO 5 STEPS, PRACTICAL AND EASY TO MOVE 

• A small span with a reduced width, from 66x88 cm to 132x145 cm depending on the Gardia model chosen.
• Swing guardrails that simply fold down to work in complete safety, more practical and faster than a strap or chain.
• Wheels inside the legs of the stepladder, to get as close as possible to the walls and the task to be carried out.
• A raised rear tube in the event of an obstacle (for example working above the toilet), except on the smallest Gardia 50cm model.
• The metal tool tray, close at hand: to store screws, screwdrivers, hammers, pliers, screwdrivers... and a slot to accommodate a putty knife up to 20 cm. Also a metal hook to hang a bucket of filler or paint.
• A carrying handle allows the Gardia to be transported when closed, in a balanced way. It is retractable to save space.

THE ROBUST ALUMINUM STEPLADDER FOR INTENSIVE USE: QUALITY FOR PROFESSIONALS

• The payload is planned for 150 kg.
• The double assembly of the steps on the uprights with an anti-rotation mortise and tenon recess and automated welding.
• A 2 mm thick aluminum, particularly thick.
• The most robust tool box designed in folded aluminum, with steel hook. To avoid the risk of breakage.
• An epoxy paint for painted uprights for clean hands and good corrosion resistance.

A SAFE STEPLADDER WITH 3 OR 4 STEPS FOR WORKING AT HEIGHT

• The guardrail with gate is solid and secure.
• The grating steps are deeper and extra wide: 450x130mm, non-slip and easy to clean. They are cast in aluminum and are more secure when going up or down from the platform.
• Non-slip pads wrap around the legs of the Gardia stepladder to keep it in place.
• The flared shape on ascent side also reinforces stability.
• A wide 50 x 45 cm and non-slip platform to work comfortably and safely.
